How Often Does Call of Dooky come Out to Service your lawn?
We offer 1, 2, or 3 times a week services. We also do one time cleanings and every other week cleanings as well.
Can I request a certain day or specific time?
We have a scheduled route depending on what community we are in that day. Please contact us to find out what days we are in your area. We will come out on your service day but cannot guarantee the same time every visit
Do I have to be there when you come for service?
No. You do not have to be home for service. If you have a gate please make sure it is unlocked on your scheduled day. Will we not climb or jump over fences if they are locked. We can call/text you when we are on our way if you prefer.
Do I Have To Sign A Contract and how am I billed?
No. We do not have our customers sign a contract. We can start and stop service over the phone. All major credit cards are accepted. Most customers prefer an automatic payment plan. Your card will then be charged on a monthly basis for the rate at which you choose.

Can We Work With Your Dog In The Yard?
Yes!!! We love furry family members and can work with dogs in your yard as long as they are friendly.
What If I Want To Skip A Day Or I Go On Vacation?
Please call us in advance so we do not come to your property. You will not be charged if we have prior notice.
